"One viewer of the documentary said she had read the biography of Ellen Swallow Richards, but the DVD made the book come alive. The documentary is being used as a fundraiser for the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. University classes are using the DVD in their introductory human science programs. Our goal is to have one copy of the DVD in every county in the country in time for the 2009 Centennial Celebration."
